In knelA we only keep the data we need to manage demos, orders and support.
Who is responsible
knelA is responsible for this website and for the data you send through the public forms. If you want to review, correct or delete data, write to contacto@knela.es.
What we collect
- Name, business, phone and email when you request a demo.
- Name, phone, note and allergies when you place an order.
- Basic technical data so the site works and we can detect errors or abuse.
- Messages you send through the contact form or support.
- If you pay online, Stripe processes payment data. knelA does not store your card details.
Why we use it
- To reply to the request you sent us.
- To manage the order and contact you if needed.
- To improve the service, fix issues and keep things secure.
- To confirm online charges, refunds or payment issues through Stripe when the venue has enabled it.
How long we keep it
- Orders: 90 days.
- Notes, phone and allergies: deleted or anonymized once that period ends unless we need to keep something for a specific issue.
- Commercial leads: 180 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or objection by writing to contacto@knela.es. You can also ask us to review or delete a specific order if we no longer need to keep it.
